- @Kumarmanoj12321 I think you mean the theory of special relativity, as it is not a law. Essentially it states that there is no absolute frame of reference, ie. an observer moving at 10ms^-1 relative to the universe is the same as the observer being still and the rest of the universe moving at 10ms^-1 in the opposite direction. It also states that when one observer is moving, it will be spacially contracted along the velocity vector, and time will run slower for them.
